Mission Statement
LCO Firm Inc. (LCO) is a dedicated and motivated team of professionals who bring the highest quality of design and technology to companies and institutions by modernizing and streamlining their brand and everyday operations.
We help organizations on two fronts: externally, to bridge the gap between an organization’s brand and their target audience, and; internally, by creating a safe and efficient intranet to communicate, share ideas and celebrate accomplishments, as well as provide innovative course development training platforms.
Our Purpose
There are two core purposes of LCO in helping small to medium-sized organizations become more technological. Externally, we support clients with brand design, website design, media plans, and Client Management Systems (CMS) integration. Internally, we support operations with employee platform development and Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as employee portals and intranet sites, and custom web platform developments, such as customized on-line or on-site personalized training. We help organizations grow, and run more smoothly.
