LCO Firm Inc. - Handoff Agreement

This agreement certifies that LCO Firm Inc. has completed it’s obligation for the contracted platform. The completed items referred to in this document refers to items that were in the original scope of the project. This agreement also certifies that LCO Firm Inc. is no longer responsible for maintaining the client’s website. The client can choose any web developer, including LCO Firm Inc., to make updates or modifications. If LCO Firm Inc. is requested upon to make updates, these updates will be done under a different contracted agreement or hourly rate.
** If your platform is hosted on the LCO Firm Inc. server, no fees will apply for small updates related to the server.
